About Me

Currently residing in Rochester, NY. , Steve is a voice over artist and community theater actor. Even from an early age, it was obvious that performing was in Steve's blood. Always goofing off for family and friends. Constantly copying/mimicking television & movies. Acting seemed to be a natural calling for Steve.

During his years at the Rochester Institute of Technology, Steve got involved with the R.I.T. Players (a newly formed drama club). It was then that the acting bug really took. After leaving R.I.T. in 2001, performing took a backseat (outside of the daily antics in the office).

One day in 2005, a friend had suggested to Steve that he should try out for "A Funny Thing Happened On The Way To The Forum" at R.I.T. . So he did so, and was cast as Senex. Feeling the theater rush come back, Steve wanted more. He was referred to the National Technical Institute for the Deaf's theater department. Voice over talent was needed so that hearing people could understand the signed theater. Intrigued by this concept, Steve gave it a shot. His first production ("Rumpelstiltskin", a student production) was very well received. Closing night, one of the N.T.I.D. professors asked Steve if he would be willing to come back for "A Midsummer Night's Dream". So began Steve's journey into the performing arts.

Having had good luck with acting, Steve began to wonder about doing theater/vocal work professionally. At the suggestion of a friend, Steve enrolled in a class on doing professional voice over work. Steve completed the course from the American Broadcast Institute and recorded his first demo CD in June, 2009. Since then, Steve has continued to grow his voice over resume & now works as a free lance artist doing primarily commercial/training work.
